im on a roll... a swiss roll...

Switzerland.... swiss rolls, swiss watches, swiss army knives.... they are quite branded there... i wasn't too interested in all that, however. the scenery was much more to my enjoyment. this is a picture off of a boatride one day. it was absolutely georgeous!

As I've mentioned afore, I love roller coasters.

This, again, [notice my repeated use of repetition] is the hulk from my trip in january, taken at universal's islands of adventure in orlando.

This is another photograph I took on our trip a few weeks ago skiing in Utah. I'd stop many a time on the slopes to capture things like this.

im not all that fond of pepper pond

an hour or so out of salt lake city there is a secret little place called powder mountain. it is a wonderful place to board or ski. this particular trip to the land of marshmallowy goodness [non floridians may call it snow] i chose the latter. i had a blast. i can now successfully jump a 15 foot ramp and get air. its not revolutionary or anything, but its good for me. it was incredibly cold and it was hard to see past 20 or 30 feet. the snow fell hard and that meant fun times out freeskiing in the good ol' powder country. powder mountain- an awesome well-kept secret.

can i get a "loop de doo"

this week i spent several days in orlando, florida at universal studios and islands of adventure. above is the hulk, a roller coaster that towers the ioa skyline. i remember my first time entering this park, it was free as part of a sales pitch tour thing. it was brand new and i was too short to ride this coaster. now its my favourite coming a close second behind dueling dragons. i love roller coasters.

look through someone else's eyes

In London one of the showstoppers is the Eye. It was a beautiful fall day and I snapped away. We got on the Eye just as the sun was setting. It was georgeous!
